Contact Apollo Support

To contact Apollo Support:

  1. Launch Apollo and click ?.

  1. Review the suggested resources.
  2. To reach a live agent, click Talk to Support, then click Send a message.

  1. Select the type of question or issue you have, such as billing or product questions.

  1. Enter details about your issue. To help Apollo resolve the problem, include these details with your message:
    • Steps to replicate: The more details you provide, the faster we can troubleshoot your issue. Where did the behavior occur in Apollo? What did you click? Let Apollo know what happened.
    • Expected behavior: What did you expect to happen?
    • Actual behavior: What did you experience?
    • Screenshots or screen recording: Click Attachments to share screenshots or a screen recording. You can create a free Loom account to record your screen, or you can take screenshots with Mac or Windows.

  1. Review the suggested answer. If you still need help, let the AI chatbot know you need to speak with support.

After you submit your message, Apollo Support follows up with you.

Check Support Request Status

To check the status of a support request:

  1. Launch Apollo and click ?.
  2. Click Talk to Support.
  3. Click Messages.

  1. Review your previous conversations. Click an interaction to see the message history.

You have now checked the status of an existing support request.
