Manage Support Access

Apollo support team members may need access to your team's account to troubleshoot an issue. Apollo sets support access to unlimited by default. If you revoke unlimited access, any member of your team can grant access for seven days or indefinitely.

To grant support access:

  1. Launch Apollo, then go to Settings > Security > Support access.
  2. Choose how long you want to grant support access:
    • Click Grant support access (7 days) to grant access for seven days. Access ends automatically after seven days. Apollo displays the expiration date and time in your browser's local timezone.
    • Click Grant unlimited access to grant access indefinitely. Support access remains active until someone on your team revokes it.
Options to grant support access for seven days or indefinitely

You have now granted Apollo support access to your team's account.

While support access is active, Apollo support team members can mirror your account to understand what you're seeing. This helps Apollo investigate the issue and guide you through troubleshooting.

Revoked, Not Interrupted

To revoke or change support access, go to Settings > Security > Support access then click Revoke support access and confirm. Revoking support access doesn't end a support session already in progress. To choose a different duration, grant support access again after you revoke it.
