Overview

The Pipedrive integration allows you to automatically pull records from Pipedrive to Apollo so you can add contacts to sequences, reach out and book meetings, and view accounts and contacts by stage directly in Apollo. You can also choose when to sync records from Apollo to Pipedrive, so you only push interested leads without cluttering up your CRM.

When you connect the Pipedrive integration, Apollo pulls all contacts and accounts from Pipedrive. With your records imported, add synced contacts to sequences, reach out with the dialer, and schedule meetings to verify contact interest. You can then configure if and when you push contacts or accounts from Apollo to Pipedrive. You can even push by specific account or contact stages, so you only sync interested leads back to Pipedrive.

Check out the following sections to learn more about the Pipedrive integration.

Get Started

To get started:

  1. Connect the integration: You need permission to edit integration settings to connect the integration on Apollo. If you don't have permission, reach out to an admin for help.
  2. Map fields and stages: Next, make any adjustments to the default field mapping between Pipedrive and Apollo and map custom fields to ensure data accuracy. Then map your CRM stages so your contact and account statuses match in Apollo.
  3. Configure sync settings: Finally, configure when Apollo pushes data to Pipedrive.

Apollo will automatically sync your contacts and accounts to Apollo. This process can take some time. Once complete, you're ready to reach out to synced contacts and accounts via sequences and the dialer so you can book more meetings and close more deals.

What happens when I connect Pipedrive?

When you connect Pipedrive, Apollo automatically pulls contacts and accounts from Pipedrive into Apollo and de-duplicates them against existing Apollo records.

No. You can only connect one CRM to Apollo at a time. If you already connected Salesforce or HubSpot, deactivate that integration before you connect Pipedrive.

Back to FAQs

Does Apollo sync emails or other activities to Pipedrive?

No. Apollo doesn't push activity data to Pipedrive through the Pipedrive integration. This includes emails, calls, meetings, tasks, notes, sequence activity, and conversation summaries. Apollo only syncs contacts and accounts.

Apollo also doesn't automatically create or update a person in Pipedrive when a contact is added to a sequence or when an email is logged in Apollo.

Inbox Interference

If you enabled Pipedrive email sync, your email inbox is synced directly with your Pipedrive account. This can cause emails sent from Apollo to appear in Pipedrive. However, this is unrelated to the Pipedrive integration itself.

If you're seeing unexpected emails or need help with email syncing, reach out to Pipedrive support.
