Overview
As an Apollo Partner, you can manage multiple client accounts. The Partner Seat lets you access and manage multiple Apollo customer accounts from a single, secure login, giving you the right level of access to onboard clients and implement services efficiently — at no additional cost for you or your client.
Get Access to the Partner Seats
Apollo Partners in the Solutions Partner Program at the Driver tier and above are granted a Partner Seat in their clients' accounts as part of their tier benefits. To learn how to move up a tier, contact partners@apollo.io, or reach out directly to your Partnerships Manager.
Once you have access to the Partner Seat, your client must complete a consent form. You'll receive an email notification when your seat is set up, after which you can access your client's workspace.
Access an Apollo Account as a Partner
Once you've been approved and given partner access to an account, you'll be assigned a Partner Seat permission profile. You'll have full access to the account's features to onboard your clients, but no access to billing, user management, or account settings.
To access your client's account:
- Launch Apollo and log in to your account.
- Click your profile name, then click Switch workspaces.
Alternatively, click View all workspaces to view all of your assigned client accounts. - Select the client you want to access. Apollo redirects you to your client's account.
To switch to another client, repeat the steps in Access an Apollo Account as a Partner. To return to your own account, click Exit client team.
You've now accessed your client's workspace.
