The AI Assistant helps you work smarter and faster through natural language conversations. You can use the assistant to find key decision makers at companies, research and prioritize prospects and accounts, create and optimize sequences and messaging, build automated workflows, and report on sales data to get performance insights — all without manually clicking through steps.

The assistant lets you execute actions faster through conversations and switch seamlessly between AI help and the traditional Apollo interface whenever you need to.

Bring Your Own Brainpower

Does your organization already have an enterprise subscription to an LLM provider such as OpenAI, Perplexity, or Anthropic? You can connect your own LLM key in Apollo so that any LLM-powered actions route your requests through your existing subscription — helping you avoid Apollo credit charges.

Use the AI Assistant

To use the AI assistant:

  1. Launch Apollo and navigate to People, Companies, Sequences, Lists, Workflows, or Analytics.
  2. Click Assistant.

What data does the AI Assistant have access to?

The assistant uses the data you provide to Apollo in your prompts or requests and depending on the request, may use data available in your Apollo account in order to generate responses. When the AI Assistant uses third-party AI models, your data is sent to those third-parties only to produce the requested output. Your data isn’t used to train third-party models. What if the assistant gets stuck or gives me the wrong result?

It's possible for AI to sometimes misunderstand you. Try re-phrasing your request or question. Alternatively, provide more details or context. If all else fails, you can always execute your task in the traditional Apollo interface.

Are there limits to how much I can use the AI Assistant?

Paid plans include unlimited chats and messages. Free plans can access 5 chats per billing cycle, with 10 messages per chat.

Need access to higher chat limits? Upgrade to a paid plan or reach out to the Apollo sales team for assistance.

 
Credit Crunch

Some actions executed by the AI Assistant, like saving contacts or enriching records, may incur credit usage. The assistant will ask your consent before performing actions that use credits. Learn more about credits on Apollo.
