Overview
Does your organization already use OpenAI, Perplexity, or Anthropic outside Apollo? If you have an existing enterprise subscription to a large language model (LLM), you can connect it directly to Apollo — allowing you to bypass credit usage on Apollo and streamline your AI requests under a single, company-managed subscription.
Certain Apollo plans include the ability to use your own LLM key. If you need the ability to use your own key, upgrade your plan. If you have questions about upgrading, reach out to the Apollo sales team.

Connect Your LLM
You need the permission 'can edit integrations' to connect an LLM to Apollo. If you don't have permission, reach out to an admin on Apollo for help.
To connect an LLM:
- Launch Apollo and click Settings > Integrations.
- Select the LLM you want to connect.
Apollo supports Open AI, Perplexity, and Anthropic LLMs.
- Enter a descriptive name, then paste the API key for your LLM.
- When finished, click Save.

You have now connected an LLM to Apollo.
From now on, for any AI-powered features you use on Apollo that rely on the LLM you connected, such as AI research, writing assistance, or summarization, usage is billed directly through your AI provider, not Apollo.
