Overview
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it at any time to regain access to Apollo.
Follow the steps outlined below to request a password reset for your Apollo account.
Request a Password Reset
To reset your password:
- Launch Apollo from your browser.
- On the login page, click Forgot password?
- Enter and confirm the email address connected to your Apollo account.
- Click Send Instructions.
It may take a few minutes to receive your password reset email. If you still haven't received one, check your spam folder or send another request from the login page.
- Apollo sends an email with a link to reset your password. Open your email inbox and click Reset Password.
Your password reset link expires after 3 hours. Need to try again? Head back to the login page to request another link.
- Apollo redirects you to the login page to create a new password. Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click the checkbox to agree to Apollo's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Click Confirm Password.
Once you confirm your new password, Apollo processes the change and automatically logs you into your account.
