Access the Salesforce Error Log in Apollo

Overview

The Salesforce integration error log allows you to view any sync errors that Apollo receives when pushing information from Apollo into Salesforce. From this page, you can browse through your error history, access further information about the error, filter by date and timeframe, and retry a failed sync.

View Sync Errors and Retry Sync

To review sync error and retrying sync the Salesforce integration:

  1. Launch Apollo and click Settings > Integrations, then click Salesforce.
  2. Click Error Logs.
  3. Apollo shows any sync errors from the Salesforce integration.

  1. Use filters like error type or date ranges to find specific errors.
  2. Each error includes a description, and Apollo displays whether the integration can automatically retry a failed push.
  3. Hover over the retry to view the date and time that Apollo plans to retry syncing.

Try, Try, Try Again

Apollo automatically attempts to retry a failed push — up to five times. If retrying doesn't work, address the source of the error, then manually retry the sync.

  1. Check an error, and then click Retry Selected to manually retry.

You have now reviewed sync errors and attempted to resync with the integration.

 
Chronicles of a Contact

To review a contact or account's sync history, navigate to the contact or account profile and click Activities > More > Activity Log. Apollo shows sync history, including any sync errors.
