Overview
Apollo admins can manage your team's billing information at any time. Use these settings to ensure your billing details are up-to-date and review your past invoices.

Update Your Credit Card
To update your credit card on file:
- Launch Apollo and go to Settings > Billing and credits > Plan overview.
- Click Billing.
- Click Update Credit Card.
- Fill in the details for your new credit card. Click Add and replace existing credit card.
Please note that the process is the same if you want to add a credit card for the first time.
You've now updated your credit card.
Edit Your Billing Information
Your billing information tells Apollo where to send bill invoices when it's time to make a payment. To update your billing information:
- Launch Apollo and go to Settings > Billing and credits > Plan overview.
- Click Billing.
- Scroll to Billing Information. Enter the email you want to use to receive invoices from Apollo.
- (Optional) Add additional invoice information that you want to Apollo to attach to your invoices, such as as PO box number.
- Click Save Billing Information to save your changes.
You've now updated your billing information in Apollo.
Download Your Apollo Invoices
Admins can download previous invoices to review past payments. To do this:
- Launch Apollo and go to Settings > Billing and credits > Plan overview.
- Click Billing.
- Scroll to Invoice History.
- Review your previous invoices. Click Download next to any of the listed invoices to download it.
You've now downloaded your previous Apollo invoice.
