Add or Update Your Credit Card
As an Apollo admin, you can update or replace your existing credit card on file from the Billing page. If your team is new to Apollo or ready to upgrade to a paid plan, you can also add your credit card for the first time.
To update or replace the credit card used for Apollo purchases:
- Launch Apollo and go to Admin Settings > Plan overview > Billing.
- Click Update Credit Card.
- Fill in the details for your new credit card. Click Add and replace existing credit card to save your changes.
Apollo accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club, China UnionPay, and Japan Credit Bureau. Apollo doesn't currently support payments via digital platforms like PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
You've now updated your credit card.
To ensure that you have a seamless experience with renewals and add-on purchases, you can't remove your credit card from Apollo unless you are on a Free plan or your account is pending cancellation.
If you want to use a different card than the one on file, click Update Credit Card to replace your current credit card with a new one.
