Deals help you to track sales opportunities with prospective customers so you can manage your entire sales pipeline directly within Apollo. Use deals to engage prospects in more meaningful ways, keep track of sale details and tasks in one place, and make quicker progress on your deals.
You can associate deals with both companies and people to always stay in touch with the right contacts. You can also sync deals data with your integrated third-party CRMs, including Salesforce and HubSpot.

Set Up Deals
Before your team starts creating deals, an Apollo admin should review your deal settings to make sure you're set up for success. This includes:

Create a Deal

Access and Manage Deals
Apollo makes it easy to keep tabs on your ongoing deals. You can access and manage your deals at any time from the Deals page. Click on any deal to review more granular details and track related deal activities, including emails, calls, and meetings.
