Overview
Apollo allows you to manually configure and change the way that HubSpot fields are mapped to Apollo fields. This helps you to make sure that you map data correctly across both systems.
Please note, when you connect Apollo to your HubSpot account, Apollo automatically maps any default fields that it can identify. You cannot change default field mappings.
Refer to the sections below for details about how to update data mapping between Apollo and HubSpot.
Default Field Mapping
By default, Apollo syncs the following fields with HubSpot:
Type | Synced Data |
---|---|
Apollo Contact Push |
|
Apollo Account Push |
|
Hubspot Contact Pull |
|
Hubspot Account Pull |
|
Map Apollo Stages with HubSpot
Please note, while you can manually map Apollo stages to HubSpot, Apollo automapping is also available.
Launch Apollo and then click Settings.
Click Integrations.
Click View in the Hubspot section.
Click the "Mappings" tab.
The "Mappings" tab provides you with a view of all of the Contact and Account stages in Apollo and how they are mapped to status fields in HubSpot.
If you need to change the status field that HubSpot uses for tracking Apollo Contact stages, click the first drop-down on the left and then select a new HubSpot status field.
If you need to change the status field that HubSpot uses for tracking Apollo Account stages, click the first drop-down on the right and then select a new HubSpot status field.
Click a different option in the drop-down next to any Apollo Contact or Account stages that you want to map to a different HubSpot status.
Apollo automatically saves all your changes.
