Overview
Apollo may return multiple business and personal email addresses when you save a net-new contact or request access to a prospect's email during search. Apollo only charges you for one verified email, even if you receive multiple emails for a contact. Your team's primary email type settings determine the email data Apollo provides for contacts.

When you select this type, your personal email delivery settings determine how Apollo provides new email data: Deliver personal emails: This setting is selected by default. When enabled, Apollo only charges you for one verified business email per net-new contact. If Apollo can verify both a business and personal email for a contact, Apollo only charges you for the verified business email and appends the personal email as a secondary email. If Apollo can only verify the contact's personal email, Apollo does not display the information or charge you any credits. Do not deliver personal emails: When enabled, Apollo only charges you for one verified business email per net-new contact and does not provide personal emails at all, even as secondary emails. Select this option if your team cannot process personal emails for compliance reasons. |
