Save Contacts and Accounts
You can only edit profiles and default cards on saved Contacts or Accounts. If you want to make changes on the profile page of an unsaved person or company, you must first add it to your list of saved contacts.
To do so, navigate to the Search page and click the People or Companies tab.
Use the Search Bar or Filters to find the people or companies that you want to save.
Use the checkbox option to enable the Contact(s) or Account(s) of your choice. Then, click + to save.
For contacts, select the action(s) that you want to take in the Save Contacts modal and then click Confirm.
Please note, if you try to take action on a Net New contact that matches multiple accounts in Apollo or your CRM, Apollo displays a duplicate account modal. You need to choose which account to map the contact(s) to before you can continue.

If you save 25+ contacts in bulk and want to access the contacts right away, click View Lists or View Contacts in the success modal that appears.
Apollo then directs you to the contacts that you requested so that you can begin prospecting.
For accounts, select the action(s) that you want to take in the Save Accounts modal and then click Save Accounts.
You have now saved the contact(s) or account(s) in Apollo.
