Access Opportunity Analytics on Apollo

Before you can access Salesforce opportunity analytics on Apollo, integrate Salesforce with Apollo and sync deals.

To access opportunity analytics:

  1. Launch Apollo and click Analytics.
  2. Click Reports and then click + New Report.
  3. Click Metrics and scroll to opportunities.
  4. Select the opportunity metrics you want to measure.
  5. Click Dimensions.
  6. Select the dimensions by which you want to measure your metrics.
  7. Finally, use filters, data, and visualizations to personalize your report.
  8. When finished, click Run.

You have now use Apollo Analytics for your Salesforce opportunities.

Use the trends from your Salesforce opportunities analysis, such as the employee-size segments with the highest win rates, to prospect on Apollo, so you surface the most relevant net-new accounts and contacts, and prospect with greater accuracy. Once you've built search, you can save and subscribe to it to get notified when new companies match your top-performing criteria.
