Overview
The Apollo mobile app keeps your pipeline moving when you’re not at your desk. It puts core prospecting and outreach workflows in your pocket. You can find the right people and companies, qualify quickly, and take action without opening your laptop. Search and research prospects to save, and add them to sequences or lists. Contact prospects via email or call directly from your mobile. Check and prepare for upcoming meetings. Use the dialer with the mobile app so you never miss a call when you’re away from your computer.
Check out the following steps to use the Apollo mobile app.
Install the App
The Apollo mobile app is available for Android devices. It's currently in its early stages, and features may change as development continues. To install the mobile app:
- Go to the Play Store.
- Tap Install.
The iOS version is currently in development. Want to beta test? Apply here.
Use the App
The Apollo mobile app lets you search, save, and take action on people and companies from your phone. To use the app:
To take action on contacts or companies, save them first.
To search and save People or Companies:
- Launch the mobile app, then tap Search people or companies
- Enter the person or company's name, then tap Enter.
- Select People or Companies.
- Tap the record you want to view.
- Click Save to save them.
When you save a contact, Apollo automatically requests the contact's email address and saves the company.
You have now searched for people or companies.
When you save contacts or companies, you can view their details and take action directly from their profiles.
To view a saved contact or company:

The mobile app gives you quick access to important account notifications. It displays missed call alerts, helping you identify prospects you need to follow up with.
To set up and review notifications on your mobile phone:
The app provides view-only access to your account settings.
- Tap Settings to open this page.
- You can view the following information:
