Overview

The Apollo mobile app keeps your pipeline moving when you’re not at your desk. It puts core prospecting and outreach workflows in your pocket. You can find the right people and companies, qualify quickly, and take action without opening your laptop. Search and research prospects to save, and add them to sequences or lists. Contact prospects via email or call directly from your mobile. Check and prepare for upcoming meetings. Use the dialer with the mobile app so you never miss a call when you’re away from your computer.

Install the App

The Apollo mobile app is available for Android devices. It's currently in its early stages, and features may change as development continues. To install the mobile app:

  1. Go to the Play Store.
  2. Tap Install.

Use the App

The Apollo mobile app lets you search, save, and take action on people and companies from your phone. To use the app:

To take action on contacts or companies, save them first.

To search and save People or Companies:

  1. Launch the mobile app, then tap Search people or companies
  2. Enter the person or company's name, then tap Enter.
  3. Select People or Companies.
  4. Tap the record you want to view.
  5. Enter Contact or Company Name, Tap People or Companies, and then tap the contact or company
  6. Click Save to save them.
 
It's a Package Deal

When you save a contact, Apollo automatically requests the contact's email address and saves the company.

You have now searched for people or companies.

When you save contacts or companies, you can view their details and take action directly from their profiles.

To view a saved contact or company:

View Saved Contacts
  1. Launch the mobile app.
  2. Tap Saved people.
  3. Enter the contact name, company name, or job title.
  4. Tap on your preferred contact

You have now viewed a saved contact.

You can take the following actions on saved contacts:

Request a contact's phone number

  1. Launch the mobile app and open a contact.
  2. Tap Check for phone numbers.
  3. Tap Check for Phone Numbers
  1. Apollo retrieves the phone number, if available.
  2. To call the contact, tap the phone number, then tap Call.

You have now requested a contact's phone number.

Add a contact to a list

  1. Launch the mobile app and open a contact.
  2. Tap Add to List.
  3. Select your preferred list, then tap Apply.
  4. (Optional) To create and add a contact to a new list, tap Create new list, enter a name, then tap Create list & add.
    Enter New List Name, then Tap Create List & Add

You have now added a contact to a list.

Add a contact to a sequence

  1. Launch the mobile app and open the contact
  2. Tap Add to Sequence.
  3. Select your preferred sequences.
  4. Tap Add Now.
    Select Sequence, then Tap Add Now
  5. (Optional) Tap Create new sequence to generate a new one. You will be redirected to the web app to complete this step.

You have now added a contact to a sequence.

Send a manual email to a contact

  1. Launch the mobile app and open the contact.
  2. Tap Compose Email.
  3. You will be redirected to your mobile’s default email app.
  4. Write and send your email.

You have now sent a manual email to a contact.

Log a note for a contact

  1. Launch the mobile app and open the contact.
  2. Tap Log Activity.
  3. Select Note.
  4. Enter your notes about the contact.
  5. (Optional) Tap Associated records and select the contact, company, deals, meetings, and conversations this note is related to.
  6. Tap Save.
  7. Tap Associated Records, select contact, company, and deal. Then tap Save

You have now logged a note for a contact.

Log a call for a contact

  1. Launch the mobile app and access the contact.
  2. Tap Log Activity.
  3. Select Call.
  4. Select a Call Outcome.
  5. Select a Call Purpose.
  6. Enter your notes about the call.
  7. Tap Save.
  8. Select Call Outcome, Purpose, and enter notes, then tap save

You have now logged a call for a contact.

Additional sections

The contacts page also provides key details about each contact to better understand your prospects:

Section Description
Compatibility Check Determine if a company fits your ideal customer profile at a glance by leveraging signals based on demographic and behavioral filters that matter to you.
Latest Activity Review the contact's activity, including emails, calls, tasks, notes, meetings, deals, system updates, and recorded conversations.
Conversations Review and listen to recorded conversations that the contact is a part of.
Links Access relevant contact information through their related links.
View Saved Companies
  1. Launch the mobile app.
  2. Tap Saved companies.
  3. Enter the company name or industry.
  4. Tap on your preferred company.
  5. Enter company name or industry and then tap preferred company

    You have now viewed a saved company.

    You can take the following actions on saved companies:

    Add a company to a list

    1. Launch the mobile app and open a company.
    2. Tap Add to List.
    3. Select your preferred list, then tap Apply.
    4. (Optional) To create and add a company to a new list, tap Create new list, enter a name, then tap Create list & add.
      Enter New List Name, then Tap Create List & Add
    5. You have now added a company to a list.

    Additional sections

    The companies pages also provides key details about each company to better understand your prospects:

    Section Description
    About the Company Learn key details about the company, including its brief description, industries and keywords, location, number of employees, technologies used, and annual revenue.
    Compatibility Check Determine if a company fits your deal Customer Profile at a glance by leveraging signals based on demographic and behavioral filters that matter to you.
    News Stay up to date with the latest news about the company using this section. Use these insights to target and customize your messaging.
    Links Access relevant company information through links such as Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and the company’s website.
    Similar Companies View lookalike companies that are similar to the account. This helps you find organizations with similar firmographic characteristics, making it easier to identify those most likely to benefit from your outreach.

This feature is currently in development and will be available in a future update.

The mobile app gives you quick access to important account notifications. It displays missed call alerts, helping you identify prospects you need to follow up with.

To set up and review notifications on your mobile phone:

  1. Launch the mobile app.
  2. Tap Settings, then tap Notifications.
  3. Toggle on Missed calls.

You have now set up your notifications.

Review Notifications

With notifications enabled, Apollo sends you alerts for missed calls. These notifications appear on your phone’s screen and in the Apollo mobile app.

To review notifications:

  1. Launch the mobile app.
  2. Tap Notifications.
  3. Review your notifications.
  4. (Optional) Tap a missed call to:
    Tap Notifications, then a Missed Call
  5. Tap Call to call the contact.
  6. Tap View Contact to open their contact page.
    Tap Call or View Contact

You have now reviewed your notifications.

The app provides view-only access to your account settings.

  1. Tap Settings to open this page.
  2. You can view the following information:
