While building out your engagement, the assistant can recommend improvements to messaging, prioritization, enrichment, and deliverability so you can launch campaigns with confidence.

Engage Prospects
Before you use the AI assistant, your company should configure the AI context center so Apollo AI understands your business and product or service.
To engage with prospects with the AI assistant:
- Launch Apollo and navigate to People, Companies, or Lists.
- Select the prospects with which you want to engage.
Click Context to choose which context, like a specific product or service, Apollo AI should use to help you engage prospects. You can configure context in the AI context center.
- Click Execute with AI.
- Click to use a suggestion like Craft outbound sequence or click View all prompts to see more.
- Alternatively, describe your outreach goal in natural language, like:
Draft a personalized cold email for prospects on my Conference Maui 2026 list.
Draft a 6-step multichannel sequence that is phone-first (3 Emails, 2 Calls, 1 LinkedIn) using my Content Center to produce fully formed email, call, and LinkedIn steps. Begin the sequence with a call step/script, followed by an email sent after the call. Apply a candid, competence-assumed tone and ensure an optimized multi-day cadence style.

Use the AI assistant to build tailored, multi-step sequences based on your goals, audience, and preferred channels. You can create email-only campaigns or combine email, calls, and LinkedIn touches into a coordinated outreach strategy.
To create and customize a sequence:
- Launch Apollo and click Execute with AI on any page.
- Click to use a suggestion like Create multi-channel sequence or click View all prompts to view more.
