Overview

Apollo AI accelerates your prospecting and engagement. You can discover insights about contacts and accounts to hone in on the best opportunities, then use Apollo AI to create and send effective emails at scale.

The content center sits at the heart of Apollo AI and lets you configure key factors like your company name, customer pain points, and business or service value props. Apollo AI uses this information to make your research results more relevant and to craft personalized messaging.

Configure the Content Center

Configure the content center to align Apollo AI with your outreach. Each user can configure the content center to best match their strategy.

To configure the content center:

Launch Apollo and click Settings > AI Content Center.
To auto-configure the content center, click Gather content from your website. Then, enter the URL for your website and click Find information.

The Main Domain

Apollo can only gather information from your main website. For example, if you enter apollo.io/engage, Apollo gathers information from apollo.io.

Apollo gathers relevant information from your website. Check each key factor, and click Save.
Alternatively, manually configure the content center by entering information for each key factor:

Company or product name
Customer pain points
Value proposition
Call-to-action
Company overview
Additional context
Primary competitors
Product differentiators

Say It Your Way

You can use plain language to customize the content center. There's no need to get technical — unless you want to!

When finished, click Save.
To preview your content, click Generate preview. Apollo generates a preview of an example AI email. You can optionally choose a real contact for the preview.

You have now configured the content center, and you're ready to use Apollo AI for search and messaging.
