Countries With Available International Phone Numbers

Dialer Availability

Please note, international dialing and phone numbers are only available for customers who have purchased Custom plans. If you have a Professional plan, you may make and receive phone calls only within the United States. Apollo provides 10 minutes of dialing time per dollar spent on your Professional subscription. If you have a Custom plan, you may make calls within the United States and internationally (pending approval). Apollo provides 3 minutes of international dialing time per dollar spent on your Custom subscription.

Apollo counts your talk time by the second and not by the minute. For example, if you talk for 32 seconds, Apollo does not round up to the closest minute.

The third-party provider that we use to integrate voice calls into Apollo (Twilio) supports some countries for international dialing, but not all. If you would like additional information about the documentation requirements for each country, please refer to the Phone Number Regulations page on Twilio's website. For additional information about how to configure the dialer for international phone numbers, refer to "Get a New Phone Number (International)" section of the "Configure the Dialer" article.

Due to regulatory and residency requirements in other countries, Apollo currently is able to support these countries:

Managing Minutes Like a Boss

To keep track of your team’s talk time, click Settings and then click Manage Plan. Scroll to Dialer Usage and voila! Your monthly minutes are there waiting to be admired.

Dialer Usage

Countries that are excluded from this list are not yet supported. If there is a country that you would like Apollo to add, refer to the Phone Number Regulations article on Twilio's Knowledge Base to confirm whether or not our provider supports it. After you confirm whether the country is available in Twilio, contact Apollo Technical Support to enable it for your account.

 
What about my toll-free number?

Please note, Apollo does not currently support the use of toll-free numbers.
