Who can access the dialer?
All paid Apollo accounts have access to the dialer. On plans with dialer credit usage, you use credits for connected US and international calls. International calling, parallel and power dialing, and local presence are available through the advanced dialer add-on.

Can I use my own phone to dial prospects?
Yes, you can! Get an Apollo phone number, then bridge the Apollo number with your existing number. This allows you to log and record calls in Apollo, while using your own phone to dial people! Remember to keep your number safe from being marked as spam, and follow cold calling best practices to stay compliant with laws and regulations.
Can I make international calls?
If you're dialing from outside the US or Canada, you need an international phone number. Check out the supported countries to learn where you can register a phone number and make calls with the dialer.

Can I record calls and set call recording rules?
Yes, you can configure the dialer to record calls, which enables call transcripts, AI call summaries, and more.
As an admin on Apollo, you can also set location-based recording rules to govern how your team can record calls in different locations.
Is there a voicemail feature on Apollo?
If you're using the bridge method to receive calls via your personal phone, inbound callers can leave a voicemail on your personal number if your device has voicemail enabled. If you're using the VoIP method for incoming calls, voicemail isn't available.
How many credits does dialing use?
On plans with dialer credit usage, you use credits only when a call connects to a person, voicemail, or an answering machine. Apollo applies a thirty-second minimum per connected call, then rounds longer calls up to the next thirty-second increment. This applies to US and international calls. Calls that ring out, are busy, fail, or are canceled use zero credits.
