Can I use my own phone to dial prospects on Apollo?
Yes, you can! Get an Apollo phone number, then bridge the Apollo number with your existing number. This allows you to log and record calls in Apollo, while using your own phone to dial people! Remember to keep your number safe from being marked as spam, and follow cold calling best practices to stay compliant with laws and regulations.
What should I do if my phone number is marked as spam?
When you register a phone number on Apollo, add a business profile to help elevate your credibility and visibility, leading to increased engagement and higher conversion rates.
If your phone number has been screened or marked as spam, you should get a new Apollo phone number. You can have one free phone number active on Apollo at a time. If you need to swap phone numbers, you can request up to 5 new numbers every 30 days, per user. Additionally, you can purchase additional active phone numbers if needed. However, you must take steps to protect your caller reputation. I'm having audio issues with the dialer. How can I resolve this?

How do I find my phone numbers on Apollo?
To view your Apollo phone number, navigate to Settings > Phone numbers.
If you use local presence, Apollo uses a team number or generates a new number local to the contact's area code. To view phone numbers generated with local presence, navigate to Settings > Sales engagement > Dialer.
Which countries can I get a phone number in?
If you're dialing from outside the US or Canada, you need an international phone number. Check out the dozens of countries in which you can register a phone number. International phone numbers are available on some Apollo plans. If you need access to international phone numbers, manage your plan.

Can I record calls and set call recording rules?
Yes, you can configure the dialer to record calls, which enables call transcripts, AI call summaries, and more.
As an admin on Apollo, you can also set location based recording rules. Location based recording rules govern how your team can record calls in various locations. Because call recording laws vary by country and US state, you can define a rule for each region where your team makes calls. These rules dictate when and whether calls may be recorded by your team.
Location based recording rules apply to all users in your Apollo account and can't be overridden except by changing the rule in dialer settings. Learn more about location based recording rules.
Can I use parallel dialing on Apollo?
Yes, you can! You can use use parallel dialing to dial multiple people at once, and when you connect with a prospect, Apollo will disconnect the remaining calls. Is there a voicemail feature?
If you're using the bridge method to receive calls via your personal phone, inbound callers can leave a voicemail on your personal number if your device has voicemail enabled. If you're using the VoIP method for incoming calls, voicemail isn't available.
