Overview

The Data Health Center is a dashboard in Apollo that shows the quality of your CRM and saved contact data, including stale records, contacts who changed jobs, and contacts missing email addresses.

Use it to find the records worth enriching, start or schedule enrichment on them, and track your team's enrichment activity and credit usage in one place.

What If I Don't Have a CRM?

You need a connected CRM to access CRM health metrics and CRM enrichment in the Data Health Center. Without a connected CRM, you can still review and enrich saved contacts with job changes or missing emails, depending on your Apollo plan. To upgrade, go to your plan settings or reach out to the Apollo sales team.

Do I need a connected CRM to use the Data Health Center?

Not for everything. A connected CRM unlocks CRM health metrics and CRM enrichment, such as CRM status and enrichable records with new or missing values. Without one, you can still review and enrich saved Apollo contacts with job changes or missing emails, depending on your Apollo plan.

How is the Data Health Center different from CRM enrichment?

The Data Health Center diagnoses. It shows you which records are stale, which contacts changed jobs, which are missing emails, and how many credits your team spent enriching them.

CRM enrichment is one of the actions you take to fix what the dashboard finds, and it updates records in your connected Salesforce or HubSpot instance. The dashboard tells you what needs attention; enrichment resolves it.

What can I schedule from the Data Health Center?

Apollo admins can schedule recurring enrichment for saved contacts with job changes or missing emails. These run against saved Apollo contacts rather than CRM records, which is why they work without a connected CRM.

Real-time CRM enrichment is configured separately. Scheduling job change enrichment also requires Job Change Alerts to be enabled in your prospecting configuration first.
