Overview

Notes enable you to capture and record ideas, observations, and all the important information required to move prospects forward. Notes work on contacts, accounts, meetings, and deals, so you can track activity throughout your pipeline. Use notes to tag teammates, log insights, and get to know your prospects.

Create a Note

To create a note, navigate to a contact, account, meeting, or deal. Add a note, and highlight words to style your text.

Tag teammates by typing @ followed by their name.

Contacts

  1. Launch Apollo and click People. Then, click the Saved tab and open a contact profile.
  2. In the notes widget, click Add note.

  1. (Recommended) Associate your note to records such as deals, meetings, conversations. This makes notes more easily accessible across Apollo.

  2. In the notes widget, click Add note.

How do I style the text in my note?

To style your text, highlight words then use the toolbar to add bold, italics, underlining, strikethrough, numbered or ordered lists, or links.
