When you use conversations, Apollo automatically shows useful information about your team's video recordings, like call outcome summaries and recommended next steps.
With Apollo's ask anything AI, you can go a step further and uncover specific insights without watching recordings. Ask Apollo AI questions about an individual conversation and Apollo provides answers that could make the difference in closing a deal. Ask questions across multiple conversations and Apollo AI reveals key trends like similar pain points or objections from multiple prospects.

Analyze an Individual Conversation
To analyze a specific conversation with ask anything AI:
- Launch Apollo and click Conversations.
- Access a conversation recording, and click Ask Apollo.
- Click a suggested prompt to find quick info like budget insights or prospect concerns.
- Alternatively, type your own question, and click Send.
Pro-tip: Ask anything AI produces better results when your questions are detailed and specific.
- You can rate the response to help improve the quality of ask anything AI. To share a response, click Copy.
You have now used ask anything AI to analyze a conversation.
The ask anything AI response is cleared if you interact with the conversation or navigate to a different page.
Analyze Multiple Conversations
Ask anything AI enables you to analyze several conversations simultaneously. You can manually pick up to 15 recordings to query, or you can focus on calls that involve a specific prospect, account, deal, or teammate.
To analyze multiple conversations with ask anything AI:
- Launch Apollo and click Conversations.
- Check each conversation you want to analyze, and then click Ask Apollo.
- To query conversations based on contacts, accounts, deals, or teammates, click Ask Apollo then choose an option.
- Type your question, and click Send.
Pro-tip: Ask anything AI produces better results when your questions are detailed and specific.
- Apollo AI quickly generates a response. You can ask additional questions to uncover more information about the selected recordings.
- You can rate the response to help improve the quality of ask anything AI. To share a response, click Copy.
