Send Follow-up Emails

 
Hosts Only

Only meeting hosts can generate follow-up emails. If you’re not the host, you won’t see the auto-draft option.

To draft a follow-up email using AI:

  1. Launch Apollo and click Conversations.
  2. Use filters to find your conversation from the recorded meetings.
  3. Click Auto-draft email.

Use AI to draft follow-up emails.

  1. Apollo AI generates an email draft based on the conversation transcript.
  2. Select who should receive the email.
  3. Click Regenerate if you change email recipients, and Apollo AI generates an updated draft.

Sending Address

The email is sent from your default connected mailbox. To use a different mailbox, change the From email address.

  1. Edit the email as needed.
  2. When finished, click Send Now.

You have now used Apollo AI to send a meeting follow-up email.
