Send Follow-up Emails Using AI

Overview

You've accessed your conversations and used AI to uncover insights based on the recording transcript. Now, you want to take action by emailing the meeting attendees.

By using Apollo's AI-generated follow-up email, you can quickly draft and send emails to meeting attendees that recap your meeting and outline the next steps you each need to take.

Draft Follow-up Emails to Conversation Attendees

 
Hosts Only

Only the host of the recorded meeting can generate follow-up emails in conversations. If you were not the meeting host, the auto-draft option will not be available to you when viewing a conversation recording.

To draft a follow-up email using AI:

  1. Launch Apollo and click Conversations.
  2. Use the filters to find and select a conversation from the recorded meetings.
  3. Click Auto-draft email. Apollo's AI takes a moment to generate an email draft based on the conversation transcript. Use AI to draft follow-up emails.
  4. To decide which meeting attendees will receive the email, select an option from the To drop-down. If you change email recipients, click Regenerate to have the AI generate an updated draft.

    The email is sent from your connected mailbox by default. To use a different mailbox, select an option from the From drop-down. CAPTION
  5. Edit the email draft as needed. Once you've finalized the draft, click Send Now to send the email.
