Import Gong Calls to Apollo

Overview

Import Gong calls into Apollo to centralize call recordings and unlock Apollo Conversations features such as transcripts, AI-written summaries, and conversation analysis.

 
Permissions Required

You must have the necessary permissions to import calls from Gong. If you don't have permissions, contact an admin to connect Gong with Apollo. For the initial setup, your team will need API credentials from Gong.

Import Gong Calls to Apollo

To import Gong calls to Apollo:

  1. Launch Apollo and click Conversations.
  2. Click Import calls, then click Set up migration.
  3. Enter your Gong API credentials, then click Test connection to test the connection. If the connection is successful, click Set up migration.
Click Import calls, enter your API credentials, then click test connection to import Gong calls to Apollo
  1. (Optional) To import past Gong calls, Toggle on Import past calls, then set a call import date range.
  2. (Optional) Toggle on Sync future calls to automatically import new Gong calls.
  3. When you're done, click Next.

  1. After reviewing, click Start migration, then click Close. Apollo imports your calls based on the date range you specified.
Review import settings, then click Start migration to start the migration
 
Gong API limits

Gong imports are subject to your Gong account’s API rate limits. Large migrations may take longer to complete depending on your Gong API usage and the size of the selected date range. To learn more, check out Gong’s API documentation.
