Overview
Apollo offers 4 types of plans: Free, basic, professional, and custom/organization. If you want to experience the difference between your free plan and the features available in a paid plan, you can experiment for yourself with a free trial.
There are several advantages of an Apollo free trial:
- Try before you buy!
- You know exactly what you're getting and have full transparency about what is and isn't included in the new plan. This means that if you do choose to upgrade when the trial ends, you will have peace of mind from day 1.
Please note the following limits for trial plans:
- Record selection limit: You can only select up to 25 records at a time when saving or taking action on records from the People or Companies page.
- Phone number access limit: You can access or enrich up to 20 phone numbers for the duration of your trial plan. Phone number access is capped at 20 regardless of how many trial credits you have remaining.
If you upgrade to a paid plan at the end of your trial, Apollo removes the phone number access cap and unlocks higher record selection limits according to the plan you choose.
Apollo offers 2 free trial plans for users:

Change Your Free Trial Plan

- Navigate back to the plan upgrade page.
- Scroll to Editions & Users. Click Try for free under the other available trial plan.

If you choose to switch plans during your free trial, Apollo honors the original number of days remaining in your free trial. For example, if you start your free trial on the professional plan and on day 7 you want to switch to the basic plan, you will have 7 days remaining to test the different features in the basic plan.
Next Steps
At the end of the 14 days, Apollo informs you that your free trial has expired.
Once your trial ends, you have 2 options:
- Upgrade to the paid plan you tried
- Revert back to your free plan
Click Select Plan if you want to continue using all the features available in the basic or professional plan that you accessed in your free trial.
Click Confirm Changes to return to your free plan.
You can only activate a free trial of Apollo once. If you upgrade to a paid plan during the 14-day trial period, Apollo ends your trial immediately. Any remaining trial days or trial credits don’t carry over to your new plan.
