Overview
You can create a custom opt-out/unsubscribe link that Apollo automatically appends after your email signature in every email that you send through the platform.
Please note, the unsubscribe link that Apollo attaches to your emails expires 47 days after you send an email. If a contact attempts to click the link after the 47-day period, the URL will not be valid.
Follow the steps below to configure your opt-out/unsubscribe link.
Configure Your Opt-Out/Unsubscribe Link
Click Settings.
In the "Email Settings" panel, click the toggle for Append the following opt-out message after my signature in sequences.
With the setting enabled, customize your Opt-Out/Unsubscribe message with any copy and links that you want to include.
When you're finished, click Save.
If you prefer to keep this option disabled, you can also place an opt-out/unsubscribe link in your signature or in the body of an email template. Just make sure you include the {{opt_out_message}} dynamic variable wherever you put it.
