Overview

The dialer allows you to make and receive calls to prospects without leaving Apollo, directly from contact profiles.

You can configure the dialer to automatically record phone calls, then listen to your calls for areas to improve, or share calls with your team to celebrate success.

Access, Manage, and Share Call Recordings

To access, manage, and share call recordings:

  1. Launch Apollo and click Calls.
  2. Review your calls. All calls are displayed, including from you and your team. You can filter calls by call disposition along the top.

  1. To export call details to a CSV, select one or multiple calls, then click Export.

  1. To delete a call, click ... beside a call, then select Delete.

  1. Click on a call to access the recording and call details, including the date and time of the call, the contact's name and phone number, and the user who dialed them. The call purpose and call disposition share the purpose and result of the conversation. Notes share key takeaways. To edit any details, click Edit.

  1. Click Play to play the call recording. You can fast forward, reverse, pause, or adjust the playback speed.

  1. Click Start transcription to transcribe the call.
  2. Click Share to share a call recording. A link will automatically copy to your clipboard. You can then paste the link in an email, document, or message.
