Overview
Export accounts to a CSV when you want to review account data outside Apollo, share account lists with your team, or move account records into another tool that supports CSV imports.
In Apollo, companies become accounts when you save them. You can export account data from the Companies page after you filter and select the records you want.

Export Accounts
To export accounts to a CSV:
- Launch Apollo, then click Companies.
- Click Saved to view saved companies, also known as accounts.
- Apply filters to narrow your search results.
- Check one or more accounts, or check the box along the top to bulk select accounts, then click Export.
- Review your export settings.
- To customize the CSV columns, click Edit export CSV settings, then check the fields you want Apollo to include.
- Click Export records.
- Click Download. You've now created an account CSV export.
