Overview

You can use call purposes to generate in-depth data for call reporting. This can help you figure out the types of calls your team made, which can include demo calls, intro calls, follow-up calls, outbound calls, and inbound calls. With this information, you can communicate easier and more efficiently with your team and your contacts.

Refer to the sections below for details about how to add and delete a call purpose and assign a call purpose to calls made with the Apollo Dialer.
