Overview
Use the home dashboard to view relevant insights on your go-to-market activities in Apollo, all in one central place. Home insights help you track personal and team-wide tasks, monitor engagement and performance statistics, and meet your sales goals.
You can customize the home layout to fit your needs. Apollo provides default layouts to help you get started, or you can create custom layouts to meet your team's specific requirements or sales goals.

Use the Home Dashboard
Use the following widgets to monitor all your sales activities from one place:

Recommendations
Recommendations turn Apollo into a proactive system of action. Powered by Apollo AI, you see the next step at the right time, right from home — helping you fix deliverability issues fast, prioritize high-intent prospects, and drive more pipeline.
Click View recommendation to learn more about a specific recommendation and take action.
Click Mark complete, Save for later, or Dismiss to take an action on the recommendation.
Alternatively click the Active dropdown to view saved, completed, or dismissed recommendations.
Tasks
Track tasks assigned to you, take quick action, and reassign or archive tasks directly from here.
Click View all tasks to navigate to Tasks, and review all task details.
To view tasks from home, you need at least 1 active task assigned to you. Read Create a Task to learn more.
Suggested leads
Suggested leads provide you net-new, high-value prospects that fit your target personas. These recommendations can help you prioritize and generate pipeline faster by connecting to the right people in just a few clicks.
Recent replies
Track recent replies to messages you sent via the mailboxes you've connected to Apollo. You can filter messages by status and linked mailbox.
To view recent replies from home, you need to connect your mailboxes to Apollo. Read Link Your Mailboxes to learn more.
Pending deals
Track the status of your team's pending deals.
Click View all deals to navigate to Deals and review all the pending deals assigned to you and your team.
To access deals from home, you need to have existing deals in Apollo or pull opportunity data from your CRM. 
Recommended prospects
Access a list of prospects that Apollo recommends for you. You can view up to 20 new prospects daily.
Email stats
Gain a holistic view of your email performance to track progress and monitor:
- # Emails Sent
- # Emails Delivered
- # Emails Opened
- # Emails Replied
- # Emails Interested
- # Emails Bounced
Click filters to adjust the time range for your email stats to daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
Apollo displays data once you start sending emails via sequences in Apollo.

Call stats
Track your calls to monitor your team's performance and keep an eye on the following statistics:
- # Calls Logged
- # Calls Connected
- # Calls Connected - Positive
- Avg. Call Duration (sec)
Click the filters icon to adjust the time range for your team's call stats to daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
You need to make and receive calls in Apollo to see call stats data from home. Read Dialer Overview to get started with the Apollo dialer and Cold Calling Best Practices for tips on how to optimize call performance and stay compliant.
Emails sent
View email volume over the past 5 weeks and compare it with the previous period.
Click Create goal to set a new goal for yourself based on your sent emails.

Quota attainment
Visualize your quota attainment for the last 5 weeks and the total amount won from your successful deals.
Click Create goal to create a new goal for your personal quota attainment based on insights from this widget.

Calls made
View the number of calls you made from Apollo over the past 5 weeks and compare it with the previous period.
Click Create goal to set a new goal based on your logged calls.

Sequence stats
Track the performance of your team's sequences over the last 90 days. You can review the following statistics for each sequence:
- # Emails Sent
- % Emails Opened
- % Emails Replied
- % Emails Interested
- # Calls Logged
- % Calls Connected
Click the filters icon to adjust the time range for your sequence performance report to the last 7 days, 4 weeks, 6 months, or 12 months.

Email funnel
Visualizes percentages for the following email statistics over the last 30 days:

Leaderboard: Deal amount won
Monitor the total deal amount each of your teammates have won in the last 30 days. Teammates with more deals rank higher on the leaderboard.
Click filters to adjust the time range for this leaderboard to the last 7 days, 4 weeks, 6 months, or 12 months.

Leaderboard: Deal win rate
Monitor the deal win rate percentage for each of your teammates in the last 30 days. Teammates with a larger deal win rate rank higher on the leaderboard.
Click filters to adjust the time range for this leaderboard to the last 7 days, 4 weeks, 6 months, or 12 months.

Leaderboard: Emails sent
Monitor the number of emails your teammates sent in the last 30 days. Teammates who sent more emails rank higher on the leaderboard.

Leaderboard: Calls completed
Monitor the number of calls your teammates completed in the last 30 days. Teammates with more completed calls rank higher on the leaderboard.

Create Custom Home Layouts
Apollo provides two default home layouts:
- Generate Pipeline: Track the performance of your prospecting activities, with insights on emails, calls, and sequences to improve how your team engages with prospects.
- Win & Close: Track performance related to your ability to win and close sales deals, with insights on pending tasks, quota attainment, and win rates.
You and your team likely have additional use cases that you want to report on. You can customize the layout of your home dashboard and add or delete widgets to tailor the dashboard to your needs, displaying only the data relevant to you.
To create a custom layout:
- Launch Apollo and go to Home.
- Click Edit layout.
- Click + to open the widget library and discover additional widgets to add to your layout.
- To add a new widget, drag it from the widget library and drop it in your main layout. A gray box will appear to let you know you can place the widget. Click x to close the widget library when you're done.
- Drag and drop widgets throughout your layout to reorganize them. All widgets can take up a single row in your home layout, or you can stack multiple widgets into the same row for better visibility.
- Click the trash can to remove a widget from your layout. You can re-add it from the widget library later if you need.
- When you're done customizing your layout, click Save as new. Give your new layout a name, then click Save.
- Click on the layout name at the top of your dashboard to switch between layouts:
- System: Default layouts built by Apollo.
- Your layouts: Your custom layouts.
- Favorites: Default and custom layouts that you marked as favorites.
- Hover over a layout and click the pencil to edit the layout. Click ... to favorite, duplicate, rename, or delete a layout.
