Apollo offers a variety of enrichment tools to help you keep your data fresh and up-to-date. With access to accurate contact and account records, you can reach the right people, book more meetings and land more deals.
You can leverage the following types of enrichment in Apollo:

CSV Enrichment | AEs and other members on your sales team can leverage CSV enrichment to quickly enhance existing records with accurate people and company data from Apollo. Job Change and Missing Email Enrichment | Outreach is most effective with accurate data. However, people often change roles or move companies, meaning your data can become stale over time. Your sales team can use job change and missing email enrichment to ensure your records stay fresh, allowing you to reach out to the right contacts. |
CRM Enrichment | If your sales team already uses another CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage records, you can leverage CRM enrichment to enhance your existing CRM records with Apollo data. Sync your CRM to Apollo to begin manually enriching your contact and account records, or create enrichment schedules to enhance these records automatically on a regular cadence. |
API Enrichment | If your team has access to the Apollo API, use Apollo's enrichment endpoints to speed up the process of enriching your existing records with Apollo data. |

CSV Enrichment
Upload a CSV file of your existing contacts or accounts to enrich them with Apollo data. Once you've completed enriching your CSV in Apollo, you can:
- Use your CSV import as a filter during prospect or account searches.
- Add your CSV records to a list.
- Enroll CSV contacts in a sequence to begin engaging with them.
- Re-download the file to share updated data with your team.

Job Change and Missing Email Enrichment
Head to the Data Health Center to see how up-to-date your existing contact records are. From here, Apollo identifies contacts with changed jobs or missing email data. You can then manually enrich individual records or quickly schedule enrichment for these contacts to ensure they're up-to-date before engaging with them.

CRM Enrichment
If you’ve integrated your CRM with Apollo, you can leverage Apollo’s demographic, firmographic, and technographic data to enrich your CRM records. This allows you to gather the most up-to-date information for your contacts and accounts and ensure your records stay fresh on a regular basis.
You can configure Apollo to run automatic enrichment on a scheduled cadence or instantly enrich records newly pulled from your CRM.
Real-Time Enrichment
Configure real-time enrichment to:
- Instantly enrich any new records synced from your CRM to Apollo.
- Run instant enrichment jobs for specific CRM records based on the criteria you set.
