A data request refers to the contact information, including emails and phone numbers, that you can purchase with credits in Apollo.
Launch to Apollo and go to Settings > Credits & AI usage > About credits to learn more about how you can use credits throughout the Apollo platform.
When you request prospect emails or phone numbers, Apollo displays statuses to let you know whether or not the data is verified. This helps ensure you can engage confidently with prospects.

Request Contact Data
You can request contact information when you search for new prospects in People.
When you click Access email or Access mobile, Apollo searches for verified emails and phone numbers for net-new prospects and saves your prospects as contacts. Apollo charges credits each time you access a verified email or verified phone number for net-new contacts.
When you request a contact's email, Apollo searches for a verified office phone number automatically. Apollo doesn't charge additional credits for accessing a contact's office phone number.
If you send a message to an Apollo verified email within 30 days of requesting it and your email bounces, Apollo will refunds your credits in the next billing cycle.
Apollo can only refund credits for bounced emails sent within Apollo. Apollo cannot currently refund any credits for mobile numbers.
