Overview
Marketing teams and sales managers with large lists of contacts need the ability to easily keep them up to date for effective segmentation and targeted engagement.
Apollo's CSV Enrichment feature allows you to add available contact from Apollo's database directly to a CSV file. This is a great way to leverage the vast amount of data available in Apollo in other systems that you use every day, but have not directly integrated with Apollo.
CSV Enrichment works for both people and companies.
Limitations and Specifications
Apollo supports CSV files with a maximum size of 1,000 total rows. Files with more than 1,000 rows will cause an error. You will need to split the CSV into separate smaller files with fewer than 1,000 rows.
The CSV Enrichment feature is available to all pricing tiers with the following limitations:
Pricing Tier | Number of Records Enriched |
---|---|
Free | 1,000 |
Basic | 1,000 |
Professional | 1,000 |
Custom | 1,000 |
Please note, the limits for records that you can enrich via CSV does not reset at the end of your billing cycle. Customers on Custom plans can purchase additional credit packages. If you would like to purchase a credit package or upgrade your product tier, please contact the Apollo Sales team.
