Overview

Apollo Lists allow you to consolidate related contacts or companies in a common location so you can easily find them in a Search, use them in an Apollo Sequence, or Export them for use in third-party platforms.

Refer to the sections below for instructions on how to create and edit lists.

Create a List of People

Launch Apollo, click Search in the navbar, and then click People.

Click the checkbox next to each contact you want to add to your list or use batch selection.

Select Contacts

Click the drop-down and then click Add to Lists.

In the "Add to Lists" modal, you can add the selected contacts to an existing list or create a new list.

 
Editing a List

Please note, you can add or remove contacts from a list at any time.

List Options

To create a new list, type the name of your list in the Add to Lists: text box then click Create new list [list name].

Click Confirm to save your list.

Save New List

To view your new list, click Search and then click Lists.

Create a List of Companies

Launch Apollo, click Search in the navbar, and then click Companies.

Click the checkbox next to each company that you want to add to your list.

Click the drop-down and then click Add to Lists.

To create a new list, type the name of your list in the Add to Lists: text box then click Create new list [list name].

Click Add to Lists to save your list of companies.

Save Company List

To view your new list, click Search and then click Lists.

Click the Show drop-down and then click Companies Lists.

Managing a List

To edit an existing list, click Search and then click Lists.

Click the additional options (...) icon under the "Actions" column to either Edit the title of your list or Delete your list.

To view the contents of your list, click on the list name.

Remove a Contact from a List

To remove a contact from a list, click the checkbox next to the contact.

Click the drop-down and select Remove from Lists.

Select the checkbox for the list from which you would like your contact removed and click Remove Lists.

Confirm

The contact is now removed from your list.
