Overview
You can export contacts from Apollo to a CSV. This allows you to use your Apollo data in other tools in your workflow that support CSV imports.
Follow the instructions below to export enriched Apollo contacts to a CSV file or export all the saved contacts from a Search in one go.
Export Contacts from Apollo to a CSV
Launch Apollo and click Search.
Apply filters to your search or load a saved Search to narrow down the list of contacts that you'd like to export.
Individually select contacts or use the bulk selection tools for the people who you would like to include in your CSV export.
Click Export.
Please note, large exports that contain more than 1000 contacts may take several minutes to download.
In the "Export as CSV" modal, select whether you want to export emails for all of the contacts you selected or just those with verified emails.
If you want to adjust the export settings for CSV files in Apollo, click Edit Export CSV Settings.
When you're finished, click Confirm.
A new modal displays the export process for your file. When the export is complete, click Download to save your file.
If your file is larger, you can close the modal and check on the status of your export. Click Settings and then click Import & Exports. Select the CSV Exports tab.
Export All Saved Contacts from Apollo to a CSV
You can also export all the saved contacts from a Search at once. To do so, launch Apollo and click Search.
Apply filters to your search or load a saved search to narrow down the list of contacts that you'd like to export.
Click the Saved tab and then click the Export All icon.
Click Export All Records in the Export All modal that Apollo displays.
Please note, Apollo exports saved contacts in batches of 50,000 records at a time. If you click export all for a list of more than 50,000 saved records, Apollo creates multiple CSVs.
You have now exported all saved contacts from Apollo to a CSV. When the export is complete, Apollo notifies you via email.
You can also check the status of the export directly in Apollo. Click Settings and then click Import & Exports. Select the CSV Exports tab.
Click the export to download the CSV file.
